At Lacor Hospital, we believe in nurturing talent, supporting dreams, and building a future where compassionate, skilled healthcare workers rise from within our own community. Today, we proudly celebrate the journey of Daniel Edmond Olara, a shining example of that vision in action.
He recently graduated from the St. Mary’s Hospital Lacor Health Training Institute, earning a Certificate in Nursing. He joined on 1 July 2019. What makes his story particularly special to us is that he is not only a graduate of our training institute but also an Enrolled Nurse right here at Lacor Hospital, based in the Children’s ward.
Daniel’s journey is one of determination, passion, and purpose from student to staff member.
“I’ve always wanted to be a doctor since I was a child,” Daniel shares. “That dream has guided my path, and nursing is the foundation I’ve built to move closer to it.”
We are proud to have played a part in his growth, both academically and professionally. His commitment to patient care, his thirst for knowledge, and his genuine empathy are already making a difference in the children’s ward where he is serving.
Daniel’s story represents what Lacor stands for: empowering the next generation of healthcare workers from within our own community. We are honored to call him one of our own, first as a student, now as a colleague, and always as an inspiration.
Congratulations, Daniel. We look forward to seeing you continue to grow, serve, and one day, fulfil that childhood dream of becoming a doctor.
